02. Brand Logo
The main logo for Depositoo, presented in its recommended format version, should be utilized across all communication channels whenever feasible. This approach guarantees a consistent brand image, vital for fostering recognition and trust among audiences, whether on digital platforms or in print.
Depositoo logo can exist with an "inverted" colour scheme. Invert the Depositoo logo colors by making the base black. This update creates a fresh, modern look while preserving the original color scheme.
The Logomark should be used whenever possible across all forms of communication. It is essential to ensure correct usage of the Logomark to maintain brand consistency and recognition. The Logomark is primarily intended for stationary, web page favicons, app icons, and similar applications.
Brand symbol
Our logo — it's a visual manifesto of trust.
The shield embodies safety, certainty, and protection. It reassures users that their data, payments, and reputation are secure on the platform.
The checkmark is the universal symbol of verification and reliability. It signals that everything has been confirmed: tenant identity, payment history, and references.
Next to the symbol stands the name Depositoo in a clean, modern typeface. This union of icon and wordmark expresses that the brand is both a technological platform and a reliable partner at your side. The logo resonates as professional for investors, approachable for tenants, and trustworthy for landlords.
Together, they create an iconic mark that instantly communicates
"This is verified. This is trustworthy."
03. Brand Logo Usage
The Depositoo logo should always be clear and legible, regardless of the background. Ensure there is sufficient contrast between the logo and the background to maintain brand consistency and recognition.
For situations where color is limited or unavailable, use these monochrome options:
Black: Use the logo in solid black on light backgrounds.
White: Use the logo in solid white on dark backgrounds.
Minimum Size
To ensure legibility, the Depositoo logo must not be used below the specified minimum size. This prevents any part of the logo from becoming illegible and ensures brand consistency.
Applying Areas
Social Media Posts: Ensure the logo is clear and visible on all social media platforms.
Web Banners: Maintain the minimum size and ensure the logo is prominent and legible.
Website: The logo should be placed in a location where it remains clear and does not compete with other visual elements.
Email Thumbnails: Ensure the logo is scaled appropriately to maintain legibility in smaller formats.
Printed Media
The minimum size for all printed material is 15mm wide for the main logo. The logo should never be used less than this size as this would lead to a compromise in legibility.
For large formats such as banners, billboards and signage, the logo should be proportionally balanced to the size of the document.
The logo must never:
Applying Areas: Stationary, Banners, Billboards, Signage, Merch & Apparel, RFID Card
Even the Depositoo logo needs a little personal space. The gray area around the logo indicates the Clear Space, which must be kept free of all other elements.
Clear Space: The minimum required Clear Space is illustrated in the diagrams. This area must remain free of any other design elements.
Safe Zone: Beyond the Clear Space is the Safe Zone, where other elements can be safely positioned without interfering with the logo
As with any brand identity guidelines there will be elements open to interpretation. The brand logo operates around rules of common sense. If you feel what you have done doesn't make sense, or looks strange — it is probably wrong.
Co-branding
To maintain consistency and visibility, follow these guidelines when placing the Depositoo logo in social media post layouts:
Positioning: Place the logo in a prominent and uncluttered area of the post.
Consistency: Use the logo consistently across all social media platforms and posts to reinforce brand identity.
04. Typography
Primary Typeface
The way typography is organised and structured to create visual hierarchy and guide the reader's eye through the content. A typical typographic hierarchy includes several levels of information, each with a different level of importance.

06. Brand Elements
Brand Icon Set refers to the visual language of symbols used throughout the brand's identity system. These icons support communication by offering a clean, consistent, and universally recognizable look.
