The contest starts on June 1, 2026 and runs for 12 months. Each month is a separate contest round. At the end of every month, the leaderboard is evaluated and a new round begins.

Yes. A rental agreement helps verify your rental history and strengthens your Rental Identity. You can upload a current or previous rental agreement, depending on the platform rules. If you still live in the same rental, the agreement may count as part of your active rental history.

Yes. Inviting your landlord helps confirm your rental relationship and increases the credibility of your profile. When you upload your rental agreement and invite your landlord to the platform, you help verify your rental history. Inviting a landlord can give you 5 points.

Yes. The referral program is part of the contest requirements. To meet the participation conditions, you need to invite 10 friends using your personal referral link. The referral program can give you 25 points.

Yes. To take part in the contest, you need to earn at least one award. Awards can come from a landlord, neighbor, the community, or Depositoo itself. They show that you are not just a passive user, but someone actively building trust on the platform.

Most points only count within the current monthly round. At the end of the month, the points reset and a new round begins. However, two values carry over into every new round: Verified identity (100 points) and Verified debt-free status (100 points). If you complete both, you start each new monthly round with a base of 200 points.

Every month, 11 of the most active tenants win. The tenant in 1st place wins one month of rent and additional Tenant+ benefits. Other winners receive Tenant+ rewards based on their position in the leaderboard.

Tenant+ is a premium tenant account on Depositoo. It helps tenants strengthen their profile, improve trust, and access selected platform benefits. In this contest, you can win Tenant+ for 3 years or for life.

Yes. You can win the monthly rent prize more than once. Lifetime Tenant+ and 3-year Tenant+ can only be won once, according to the contest rules. Winning in one monthly round does not prevent you from joining future rounds.

Nothing changes. A new contest round starts the following month, and you can try again. Your verified identity and verified debt-free status still count as your base points in future rounds.

You can see your ranking in the contest leaderboard on Depositoo. The leaderboard shows the current order of participants, their points, and selected point categories such as verified identity, debt-free status, referrals, and on-time payments.

Only basic information needed for the contest ranking is shown, such as your name, profile photo, and points. Sensitive data, documents, and full personal details are not shown in the leaderboard.

Participation is voluntary. You can leave the contest directly from your profile or from the contest page. Leaving the contest does not affect your ability to use Depositoo or the validity of your account.

No. Each participant may compete using only one account. Using multiple accounts, another person's account, or any dishonest method of participation may lead to disqualification.

Depositoo reserves the right to review the fairness of the contest. If a user breaks the rules, provides false information, abuses the referral system, or tries to gain points dishonestly, they may be disqualified without any right to a prize.

Winners will be notified through their Depositoo profile and by email using the address provided during registration. After receiving the notification, the winner must confirm that they accept the prize within the required time limit.

If a winner does not confirm the prize in time, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another participant according to the contest rules. We recommend checking your email and profile notifications regularly.
