Does Building Referral Right mean I own or control the building?

No. Building Referral Right does not grant ownership, co-ownership, usage rights, access rights, or control over the building or any of its units. It is not a property right and does not affect the legal owner, landlord, or tenants in any way.

Does Building Referral Right guarantee that I will receive a reward?

No. Building Referral Right does not guarantee that a rental relationship will be created at the address. The referral reward is paid only if a rental relationship is successfully created through Depositoo during the validity period of the right.

What exactly triggers the referral reward?

The referral reward is triggered only when a rental relationship is created at the address through the Depositoo platform and the Building Referral Right is active at that moment. Listings, inquiries, negotiations, or draft agreements do not qualify.

How many rewards can one Building Referral Right generate?

Each Building Referral Right can generate only one referral reward. Once a rental relationship is created and the reward is assigned, the right expires and the address becomes available again.

What happens after the referral reward is paid?

After the reward is paid: • the Building Referral Right expires, • the holder loses exclusive rights to the address, • the address becomes available for a new Building Referral Right, either to the same user or someone else.

What happens if no rental relationship is created?

If no rental relationship is created within 12 months: • the Building Referral Right expires automatically, • no reward is paid, • the address becomes available again. The user may choose to renew the right for another 12-month period.

Can more than one user hold rights to the same address?

No. At any given time, only one active Building Referral Right can exist for a specific address.

Does the right apply to one apartment or the entire building?

The right applies to the entire building at the given address, regardless of: • the number of apartments, • entrances, • floors, • or individual units. Any rental relationship created at that address may trigger the reward.

Can I contact landlords or tenants directly?

No. Building Referral Right does not give you the right to contact landlords, tenants, or property owners. The process is fully automated and does not involve direct interaction.

Is Building Referral Right an investment or financial product?

No. Building Referral Right is not an investment, not a financial instrument, and not a promise of profit. It is a platform feature that assigns referral rewards based on defined system events.

Can I transfer or resell a Building Referral Right?

No. Building Referral Rights are non-transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, or traded between users.

How is the referral reward assigned?

Referral rewards are assigned automatically by the system based on address matching and the status of the Building Referral Right at the time the rental relationship is created. No manual approval or referral proof is required.

Who can purchase a Building Referral Right?

Building Referral Rights are available only to users with an active Tenant+ account. Availability may change based on platform rules or regional restrictions.

Is the price refundable?

No. The fee for Building Referral Right is non-refundable, regardless of whether a rental relationship is created.

Can Depositoo change the rules of Building Referral Right?

Depositoo reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Building Referral Right feature in accordance with its Terms of Service. Any changes will respect existing active rights unless stated otherwise.

Each address includes a Building History section showing past rental events and referral statuses. This information is anonymized and provided for transparency only.

Can the landlord see my score?

No. Your internal score is visible only to you. Landlords see your status and rental identity data.

How do viewings work?

You select a time slot for a published viewing and submit a viewing request.

What happens if the landlord rejects my viewing request?

You receive a notification and the reserved time slot is automatically released for another applicant.

How many viewing requests can I submit?

You can request multiple properties, but only one time slot per viewing.

How do references work?

References are mutual and mandatory after each rental relationship ends.

Can I respond to a reference?

What is a Rental Identity?
